Performance Policy

CanAm tools are promised to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of your tool. All you have to do is take your tool to any authorized CanAm Dealer with a copy of the purchase receipt. Can-Am Tool Corp. will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product.

This Performance Policy ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. Failures due to misuse, abuse, or normal wear are not covered. Rubber seals and other “wear” parts are not covered.
This policy gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights, which vary by province, state or country. Can-Am Tool Corp. will abide by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was sold. Can-Am Tool Corp. is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

THIS FULL LIFETIME PERFORMANCE POLICY IS THE SOLE PERFORMANCE POLICY. NO AGENT, DEALER OR OTHER PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO ALTER THIS POLICY OR MAKE ANY OTHER PERFORMANCE POLICY ON BEHALF OF CAN-AM TOOL CORP.
