All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). An RMA may be obtained by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-866-605-0258. Upon return of the goods and a quality inspection approval, credit will be issued. This credit will be on the original price less any applicable restocking charges. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges (unless prior approval is given by a CanAm Representative). Customer must notify CanAm of their desire to return goods within 15 days of receipt.
If returning goods for replacement, customer will be billed for the replacement items and a credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Notification of incorrect shipment by CanAm must be reported within 5 days of receipt. A corrected shipment will be made as soon as possible at CanAm’s expense.
This policy gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights, which vary by province, state or country. Can-Am will abide by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was sold. Can-Am Is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
